Hello Everyone, Day 5 in the series of living a champion’s life is one of the most important steps in the process. It is: FALL IN LOVE WITH YOURSELF There are no words to describe what falling in love feels like. Just think of a relationship you were in or are in when it was brand new and you’ll know what I am talking about. The whole world looks brighter. Everything is OK. Life is fabulous. You feel great. Nothing can bother you. Well what would it be like if you could feel that way all the time? Here’s a poem that illustrates what I am talking about. How Great Are You? If you truly knew that you were priceless What would you do? Would your life be a little different? Would you change a thing or two? But what does priceless really mean? Well, that is for you to

Hello, How’s the fear hunting going? Were you too scared to do the exercise I suggested yesterday? Have no fear, just do it today. Keep in mind that when you resist doing what you need to do, looking at what you don’t want to look at, and procrastinating on other things that are “important”, that’s your biggest clue that fear has got you. Fear’s job is to protect you. It doesn’t want you to feel any pain. It doesn’t want you to suffer. It doesn’t want you to struggle. It’s job is to keep you safe. Fear is your ego in disguise. It is difficult for a great deal of people to get beyond their fears for that very reason. Why would they want to put themselves in harms way? Why would they want to cause themselves pain or suffering? Why would they want to risk any of those things?

Hello Everyone, Living a champion’s life means taking a very deep look at your fear(s) and then letting them go. So today we’ll talk about the first part and tomorrow we’ll talk about how to let your fears go. What is your greatest fear? Take some time to answer that. Marianne Williamson says in her book, Return To Love that, “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.” Does that resonate with you? What if you truly were that powerful? What would your life be like then? What could you do? Where would you go? Most people can’t even imagine what that would be like, so they don’t ever go there. They refuse to even look at the possibilities because it would mean giving up everything they know. It would mean they could have no more excuses. It would

Hey Everyone, Yesterday we talked about the first step in living a champion’s life. It is to believe you are priceless and to stop paying attention to the negative aspects you believe about yourself. Today we’ll take that concept a little deeper. Start to look at all the benefits, the payoffs, the good things that you think you get by staying small. The bottom line is that there is one huge payoff that far surpasses all the rest. That payoff is that you get to stay alive. Let me explain that. We are all motivated by avoiding pain and gaining pleasure. That is a fact. Some people are more motivated by one or the other. When you look at your deeper motivations as to why you haven’t succeeded to the levels you know you could have reached, understand that there is either something you’re getting or something you’re avoiding or

The Priceless You If you want to know how valuable you truly are Look up to the sky and count all the stars And they won’t even come close to what you’re worth For you far surpassed them all with just your birth. That’s one of the 600 poems I’ve written. If you really lived your life as if you were priceless, can you imagine how amazing it would be? So what does it take to live a champion’s life? Well, first and foremost, you have to believe that you are priceless and you have to believe you’re a champion. So many people believe in the negative stuff about themselves. They can find everything that is wrong with them and they can easily believe it. In fact many people fight for their weaknesses. They scream for their smallness and all the things they can’t do. They don’t value, respect, honor
